About Crosman
In 1923 in Rochester, New York, Crosman was founded as Crosman Arms Company. From its inception, Crosman's principal products were airguns and airgun ammunition. During the 1950s, new accounts included Sears Roebuck & Co., Montgomery Ward, and Western Auto, all of which sold Crosman's products under their respective brand names.
In 1966, Crosman introduced its own Crosman brand airgun, the Crosman Pumpmaster 760, which has sold more than 11 million units to date. Crosman Corporation is now an international designer, manufacturer, and marketer of Crosman pellet, BB, airsoft rifles and pistols, Copperhead ammunition, and Benjamin pellet rifles and ammunition. Take small game, plink or shoot targets with the Quest 1000, which sends .177 pellets screaming out the barrel at 1000 fps. With only 31.5-Pounds cocking effort, this lightweight, powerful rifle is ideal for hours of serious shooting. The hardwood stock on this spring-piston break barrel rifle has a Monte Carlo butt-stock. Details on this rifle make it obvious that Crosman put a lot of thought into the design of this handsome all-around airgun. The fiber optic front and rear (fully adjustable) sights (green front, two-dot red rear) ensure ease in acquiring your targets, even at dusk and dawn. To get the most accuracy from this rifle, mount a scope on the 11-Millimeter dovetails. Crosman made it easy by including a scope stop to ensure that your mount stays in place every time this powerhouse fires. The two-stage trigger is adjustable only for take-up (length of the first stage). Quest 1000 has fiber optic front and rear (adjustable) sights, a built-in scope stop and hardwood Monte Carlo stock.
